Amazonian nettle

The Nettle is a magical, ancestral plant, whose function is to clean the physical body, and auric, its spines serve as natural acupuncture since when making contact with the body it administers substances that help to clean and detoxify it.

In Ceremony, in the healing sessions, it is used together with the singing of the Taita (Icaros) when the person is under the effects of yagé (ayahuasca), to cleanse the negative energies that the person is eliminating.

Spiritually speaking, the Nettle cleanses the ego, cleanses the heavy energies that could not otherwise be removed. Clears the mind, the energy field of the person, calms heavy and disturbing emotions.
